**The hours and days for this Apprentice Butcher position are Sunday - Thursday 0600-1530,
**Keep warm by working at pace in this chilly environment Having a passion for roasts, BBQs, casseroles and much more will see you being a good fit for this role. A day in the life could look like**:

- Gaining knowledge from the wider Butchery team on the preparation and production of fresh, quality meats
- Attending training courses with our Apprentice partners to complement your “on the job” training
- Offering great service to our customers
- Learning about and adhering to food safety policies

**In this role we are looking for our new Apprentice Butcher to**:

- Have a motivated attitude and dedication to learning
- Have a willingness for early starts and to work on your feet for most of your shift
- Commit to three years to complete the Apprenticeship programme
- Regularly lift up to 15kgs, bend, reach and complete repetitive movements
