**European Diagnostic Technician**

Our client offers a state-of-the-art dealership workshop complete with the latest diagnostic technology.

They are currently in search of an experienced **Diagnostic Technician** who has the ability to problem solve, lead by example and become the go to person in the workshop.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair all vehicle problems as well as keep up to date with all brand issues and training.

You would also be expected to provide guidance to apprentices as well as interact with customers at reception when required.

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualified with experience in European models
- Detect & diagnose vehicle faults
- Be team orientated and lead by example
- Hold up to date training records
- WOF certification would be advantageous
- Diagnose NVH concerns and CAN Systems
- Provide technical support to Service Advisors in relation to translating product issues to customers
