**Here's what you'll do**
You'll start your day by preparing and accurately sorting mail, franking mail through machines, and sorting parcels in our branch for delivery. Then, assist in the dispatch and transfer to ensure on-time delivery..
This is a permanent full-time position based in Penrose. Start and finish times will vary depending upon the mail volume.
**Monday to Friday**.
- Mail Sorter/ Machine Operator Afternoon Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm ( Flexibility required upon volume demand).
- Mail Sorter/ Machine Operator - 3pm to Finish ( Flexibility required upon mail volume demand)
- Mail Sorter/ Data Assistant ( Data Entry preferred) - 5pm to 9pm ( Flexibility required)
**What we're looking for**
Some of the key things you'll need to perform this role successfully are:
- Flexible, reliable and have attention to detail
- Clean Full Drivers License
- A 'can-do' attitude and likes to get the job done.
- Have the ability to work flexible hours, especially on the start and finish time of the shift when required
- Good numeracy and reading skills
- Geographical knowledge of NZ
- Passionate about keeping customers happy
- High regard for Health & Safety standards
