We are seeking a full-time Site Team Leader who can handle all the operations of our contracted orchards in the Gisborne region and manage our crew working in Kiwifruit, Persimmons, Apples, Grapes, and Citrus Orchards. Previous experience is not required but having a background in Agriculture/horticulture is an advantage and full training will be given.

Duties will be as follows:

- Good staff handling skills and an understanding of issues
- Ensuring knowledge is kept up to date
- Direct and coordinate the Workers
- Report it to the Site Manager
- Ensuring work is completed timely & effectively to ensure company production goals are met
- Completion and filing of Work Sheets
- Guide the Workers with operational involvement as required
- Maintaining a safe working environment and practices for all workers
- Review tools and equipment regularly to ensure staff safety.

Following the end of your Full Training, you will:

- Gain an understanding of horticultural management
- You will gain knowledge of the horticultural process
- Gain knowledge of company standards and safe work practices
- Gain knowledge of sustainable environmental management practices
