**About the role**

Alongside your team, you'll be a key part of delivering a consistently reliable service to customers to:

- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, effective scheduling and staging of deliveries
- Coordinate the distribution fleet and plan ressources for effective run plans
- Plan resources for effective run plans across Auckland
- Manage driver staff attendance and performamce nclusive of maintenance of heavy vehicles fleet

**About you**

You'll succeed in this role because you have the following skills, experience and values:

- ** A hands-on leader **who puts the customer first and promotes health and safety in the workplace
- ** Detail oriented **with excellent planning skills and proven ability to work under pressure
- ** Basic tech skills. **You have a knack for learning new systems and processes quickly
- ** Building product knowledge + logistics planning experience **so you can hit the ground running
- ** Types of licences. **Forklift licence and experience - F endorsement and OSH approved
