The purpose of a Levy Classification Assessor is to improve the accuracy of levies, through effective interactions with our business customers.

As our Levy Assessor you will be required to respond to customer enquiries, provide technical advice, and approve escalations from our Contact Centre.

Above all, we are looking for a customer-centric individual to come and join our team and we’ll provide you with training to further your understanding of our levy classification framework.

**What you need to be successful**:

- You’re a team player and proactive in nature.
- You have demonstrated customer services skills with the ability to outline clear needs professionally and courteously.
- You're naturally an organised person who likes working with processes and understands when and where to identify escalation points.
- Display initiative and resourcefulness that allows navigation of the variety of challenges the unit face
- You are someone that enjoys looking for opportunities to continuously improve ways of working as we work towards a seamless levy experience for our Business Customers.

- $54,935 - $64,629 depending on experience, plus 9% superannuation contribution.
