**The Role**
To support the rapid growth of our business we are seeking a detail-oriented, innovative Licensing Analyst to join our global sales fulfilment team. Ensuring licensing and fulfilment to our customers is a priority for the business and this role is crucial in delivering efficient and accurate results in this area.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working within the global licensing team this role operates across the order lifecycle. Working with key stakeholders across the organisation in analysing order and fulfilment cycles this role forms an integral part of the continuous improvement lifecycle of the sales and fulfilment workflows.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to manage sales orders through their lifecycle, including pre-close checks, issuing of licences and managing the invoicing workflows;
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with customer-facing teams to ensure sales orders satisfy requirements and sales processing timelines are adhered to and orders are prioritised accordingly;
- Support maintenance of sales (Salesforce), licensing (10Duke, FlexLM, XID) and invoicing (SAP) systems by providing feedback on requirements and participation in testing and continuous improvement projects;
- Support the Accounts Receivable team with information related to customer payments and enabling them to manage debt collections, while regularly reporting to management on the status of customer orders and invoices;
- Continually look for opportunities to improve the automation and integration of various internal systems related to licensing and the associated processed (upstream and downstream) such as ERP, CRM and our bespoke licensing system;
- Support the compliance team with all regulatory requirements, particularly focussing on maintaining the SOX control environment.
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Proven experience with sales/CRM, software licensing and/or financial systems.
- Sound experience in administration and order management with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Quick response capability along with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a methodical way, and take personal responsibility for prioritisation of orders and workflows.
- Confident interacting with all levels of an organisation and diligent in following due processes and procedures.
- Having a growth-oriented mindset, i.e. persistence, patience, and a passion for innovation coupled with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment delivering within a customer-centric, friendly and engaging team.
