**Hours: Permanent, minimum guaranteed hours**

**Job specific information**:
We are looking for Community Support Workers who are committed to providing quality support for disabled people within our community. We are seeking people who have strong communication skills, are adaptable and flexible, with a positive can-do attitude. The support that you will be required to provide will vary. Some of the work will be physical.

We would like to hear from people who:

- Are energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for enabling others to lead good lives.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience working in the disability sector.
- Have a Health Care Assistant Qualification or a Level 2 equivalent.
- Are committed to working with disabled adults and children to live in their own homes and support quality living in their community.
- Have had experience working with children with high and complex support needs.
- Are confident in working with mobility equipment, e.g. hoists, wheelchairs, modified vehicles.
- Are able to work varied shifts.
- Can connect with communities.
- Have a full New Zealand Driver’s License.
