The Job

Fulton Hogan Civil operates a fleet of crawler and mobile cranes ranging in size from 25t up to 280t across New Zealand, we require an experienced Crane Supervisor to manage our day to day crane operations.

The main duties of this role will include:

- The transport, delivery, assembly and disassembly of cranes
- Ensuring that our operators are competent to carry out the tasks they’ve been assigned to
- Providing advice on crane suitability and availability for upcoming works
- Reviewing critical lift plans, training new operators and arranging competency assessments.

What we need from you
- 15 years + experience operating crawler and mobile cranes, and complex rigging and lifting
- A National Certificate in Crane Operation - Level 4
- Technically competent in heavy civil construction techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to relate to people
- Must enjoy working in a team environment and be a team player.
