**Senior Front-end Developer**

We’re looking for an experienced Front-end Developer to join our team in a permanent role to help us make the things that matter better.

**About this role**

You’ll use your deep expertise in front-end development to deliver complex and challenging projects, taking substantial features from concept to delivery.

You’ll architect projects, tools, and front-end development workflows internally and for our clients.

You’ll support the team in developing, maintaining, and documenting our frameworks, tools, and code libraries.

You’ll help to train others, provide meaningful and helpful input, and review the work of your peers and juniors.

You’ll guide clients and other Springloaders to understand the technical issues around projects and enable them to communicate these clearly.

**Required skills and experience**
- Clear communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to less technical people.
- Ability to work as part of a team and able to take pride and ownership in their work.
- Experience with content management systems or e-commerce platforms.
- Advanced HTML and CSS knowledge — standards compliance, accessibility, pattern libraries, and style guides.
- Experience architecting front-end codebases in server-side web development stacks.
- Experience with the command line and front-end build tools and task runners (npm, Webpack).
