Calling out all potential or returning Crew

We are currently looking for Full Time Crew for our McDonalds Airport Restaurant. Preferably very early morning, late afternoon, night and overnight shifts available giving you the opportunity to balance other life commitments

These positions are available for an immediate start.

To be successful in this role, you will be flexible, have exceptional customer service, communication skills and pay close attention to detail.

- Self-starter with time management skills including ability to work to deadlines and multitask
- Proven operational experience with a focus on high standards and total customer satisfaction
- Initiative and a sense of urgency
- Marketing skills
- Strong analytical and numeracy skill
- Well presented
- Enjoys challenges and a fast-paced environment
- The ability to embrace technology and innovation whilst having a passion for the McDonald's business.

The PERSON for each role

Essential personal qualities include current eligibility to work for next the 12months,initiative, energy, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, as well as demonstration of an ability to quickly grasp the requirements of the role. They will be available flexible hours during peak times/days in our 24hour business.

Current McDonald’s employees must seek approval from their Franchisee and/or Supervisor, without this approval you will not be considered for any of the available roles.

In compliance with Immigration NZ Laws, if you are successful for this role, your work conditions must allow you to work in this new position. This means that you must bring to the interview your original entitlement to work (passport, work visa) and you may not be able to comment your new role unless your work visa allows this variation.
