We are looking for enthusiastic **Sandwich Maker** to join our Pastry/Bread team."

We currently make a range of artisan baked breads, sourdoughs, sandwiches, pastries and sweet baked treats in a local bakery setting that references the nostalgia of quality baked goods that we grew up with.

Minimum Previous 1+ year of experience in a Food Handling is preferred for this role ,but we’ll also consider anyone looking for a career change with a willingness to learn.

This is a permanent position 31 hours per week (extra hours may be required based on production) this early morning shift work and start work 03.00 am to 09.00 am in morning from Monday to Saturday.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing frozen products for Sandwich Making.
- Making & Toasting Sandwiches.
- Assembling sandwiches using breads, meats, cheeses, vegetables and other products according to customer orders.
- Other tasks across the store as required.
- Ensure that recipes and proportions are strictly adhered to, to ensure consistency, quality, and cost control.
- Station maintenance and cleanliness
- Follow health and hygiene standards.
