The hours and days for this Bakery Supervisor position are:
**Tuesday to Saturday 0300-1230
In this role assisting the department manager with their responsibilities, you could expect to be:

- Ensuring a great level of service for our bakery customers
- Overseeing the production and quality of our products
- Having sole charge of the Bakery in the absence of the department manager
- Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

In our next Bakery Supervisor we are looking for:

- Previous baking experience
- A willingness for early starts and to work on your feet for most of your shift
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- A passion for creativity and keen eye for detail
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
