**Make an Impact**:
In this role, you will work closely with a dedicated Design System team of passionate and highly skilled front-end engineers and designers. You will establish foundational patterns, UI components, tools, and documentation that will enable Serko’s pursuit of a new and exciting chapter for our enterprise products.

You will bring a systematic and scaleable design approach to your work and your understanding of technical requirements will help bridge the gap between design and engineering.

**What you will be doing**:

- Create foundational components, interaction patterns and documentation that empower other designers to do their best work.
- Shape and maintain a robust and structured Figma library; from foundational elements to complex components.
- Providing support, training, guidance, and feedback to other teams.
- Collaborate with other product designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across our products.

**What you will bring**:

- You thrive in a collaborative, team environment
- Experience working with, building and maintaining a Design System
- You’ll have a basic understanding of front-end coding
- Passion for design systems and infectious energy when it comes to communicating the value of a design system to the wider organisation
- You are a Figma power-user
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and are comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and be able to use your initiative when it comes to prioritising based on impact and value
- You are comfortable with rapid change and the dynamic environments that come with working in a high-growth tech company
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates exemplary foundational design skills (typography, colour, layout, interactions)
