**About the Role**
Here at Foodies, we’re committed delivering awesome shopping experiences for our customers every day - and we know we can only achieve this by having our teams in stores, Support Centres and Supply Chain, equipped and empowered to perform.
We’re on the hunt for a Human Resources Consultant to proactively find solutions that enable positive business outcomes, on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will focus on supporting the HR Business Partner / People Systems Lead with project work which includes implementation of new system modules, identifying and actioning enhancements for the modules implemented to ensure return on investment and a positive user experience. This role will give you the unique opportunity to make a real difference, by ensuring that we collect accurate and reliable data to help enable Foodies to make great people decisions that enhance our employee experience.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that look after a wide range of HR activities. Our mission is to enable our leaders and people to be the best they can be, motivated and high performing.
**About you**
You’ll be an HR professional with an analytical mindset, and the motivation to set up people systems to enable the HR journey. In addition to this you’ll:
- Be a critical thinker; able to think of solutions and execute them.
- Have experience of working with HR systems (SAP Successfactors, Workday, Peoplesoft, Xero, Elmo etc) and managing ongoing development is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of HR Business processes, and the ability to develop and improve these processes.
- Be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able respond to incoming requests.
