***Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential advertisers to sell advertising space in our publications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

***Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising or media industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work with flexibility and adaptability.
