**Role description**:
As part of the installation team, you'll interact closely with customers, operating in a largely unsupervised setting. The ideal Double Glazing Trainee is self-motivated, eager to learn, self-reliant, and thrives on both independent and team-driven objectives.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Craft modifications to joinery in diverse environments
- Skillfully install and adjust window and door hardware
- Efficiently prepare vehicles and equipment for site installations
- Identify and resolve joinery issues
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers for top-quality results
- Contribute actively to team outcomes

**This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities**:

- Basic hand-tool use
- Joinery experience is valued but not required
- Strong communication skills across diverse audiences
- Current NZ driver’s license
- Detail-oriented, tidy, and well-organized
