Lime Global has a suite of independently operating businesses across the property development sector. They live and breathe property development, creating beautiful, functional and healthy communities. Current high-profile projects include the very successful Silverstream subdivision in Kaiapoi, the Brookvale subdivision in Lincoln and a luxury apartment project currently under way in Sumner. They also have The Sterling, Kaiapoi, a vibrant new approach to later life living and retirement situated in the heart of their Silverstream subdivision, with plans for further locations for The Sterling in the near future.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible to coordinate, prepare and produce all advertising and marketing collateral, while ensuring the branding and style guide are fully represented in all promotional, published and digital materials.

Key duties will include:

- Consistent high level of professional, quality design output across all assets, with a particular focus on sales collateral
- Creation of brand marketing and sales material across print and digital executions including eDMs, media kits, collateral, presentations, campaign proposals and advertising
- Maintain brand guidelines, including regular updates and modifications
- Oversee the creation of design templates to brand guidelines
- Support the Marketing Manager
- Create digital assets including social media banners/posts, website graphics and EDM's and some image editing
- Work with the marketing team and external agencies to develop new concepts for BAU, Brand and ad hoc projects
- Supporting the social media team with templated and responsive content creation

We are seeking an industry qualified, intermediate to senior experienced graphic designer with a hands-on and practical approach. As you will be joining a proactive and highly motivated team; you will match their drive, be nimble, and open to change with good initiative. On a personal level we need you to be self-sufficient with strong interpersonal skills and disciplines around planning with a creative and proactive attitude. You will be able to always demonstrate professional presentation and communication skills and have a preference for working autonomously, yet collaboratively with the team and wider businesses.
