**Casual Door-To-Door Interviewer - Evening Shift - Papanui, Christchurch. 2 Week Period Approx.**:
**Canterbury, Christchurch City, Christchurch City Centre**

$27.80 - $27.80 Weekly Hourly Rate of Pay, received after 1 week.

Work in a Casual Capacity for a Two Week Period, including Weekends to complete a Project. Evening Shifts from 3.30 pm until approx. 7.30/8 pm.

Carry out courteous and professional Door-to-Door Interviews for Purple Ink’s Client. Travel on foot around assigned street location, use a hard copy Road Map to read location, and scribble on the map with a pen to track your location, and mark the locations visited (i.e. mark you have turned left or right as and when required). Meet with individuals in their home of residence, to complete a face-to-face in-person interview, following the training provided in a professional manner. Recording accurate interview responses (Multi-choice/Drop Down response or free text fields) on a tablet that is provided. Complete approximately 15/16 in-person face-to-face interviews per hour. Ensure pace is kept up throughout assigned shift.

**General Responsibilities**
- Attend training as required to absorb and understand the job requirements
- Meet at the allocated rostered shift time. Travel via Minibus/via foot to carry out Door-to-Door face-to-face interviews, in person, following the instructions provided in Training
- Ask all interview questions and record all responses as required, without missing any questions or responses
- Ensuring all interview data is recorded accurately, completed and saved correctly
- Ensuring all interactions with clients/interviewees is professional, polite, friendly to enable a positive reputation of the Business and our Client
- If the interview is not productive or effective, have the ability to politely end the interview, and leave the client’s home
- Handle the Tablet with care and use the Tablet for work purposes only as per the training provided
- Wear a Hi-Vis Vest with your ID at all Times During your rostered shift
- Attend all assigned shifts in a professional attire, representing the Business in a professional manner
- To adhere to your responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. - Adherence at all times to Purple Ink’s Policies and Procedures (Code of Conduct/Confidentiality Agreement/Terms and Conditions of Employment)
- To meet or exceed daily service targets as agreed between the Purple Ink Team
- Utilise initiative to proactively reduce repeat issues or trends
- Seek assistance from Purple Ink Team or Reporting Manager if additional knowledge or expertise is required
- Communicate any unexpected lateness/or unexpected absence from assigned shift
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as and when may be requested from time to time which are generally consistent with the objectives of the position
- Ability to be flexible occasionally to work a variety of group business shifts to support training outcomes for the business
