As an experienced roofer, you will lead and supervise roofing teams, ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- A roofing trade and/or 5+ years of experience
- You will come from a similar type of role, managing staff and customer facing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively
- Be organised, trustworthy and reliable
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship on a variety of projects
- Great people skills with a sense of humour
- A good level of physical fitness and hard working
