As a member of the NZ Markets team and reporting to a Customer Experience Team Manager, this is a phone-based role in our busy Customer Experience Centre. Our Customer Experience Centre is the hub of knowledge and engagement with our farming customers and is a key component in LIC's goal to provide exceptional customer support.

The Customer Experience Centre is a great opportunity to stretch your existing customer experience expertise and develop your Agri knowledge in our exciting industry:

- Start dates Feb + March + April 2023
- **$60k** (TPV) starting salary
- Based at Newstead, Hamilton
- 40 hours a week
- Operational hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

**About You**

Our focus is to deliver professional experiences to our NZ dairy farmers while assisting with their day-to-day queries, providing education and problem solving any technical issues. Your focus on quality, attention to detail, and your 'can do' attitude will be the difference between mediocre and exceptional. You'll enjoy a fast-paced environment and won't be put off by the need to learn and stretch your capabilities. Working closely with our technology and various software solutions you'll have proven customer experience skills to deliver accurate and professional customer experiences.
