**ABOUT THE JOB**

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced **Dietitian **to join our passionate and talented **Nutricia Careline **team**.** This role has the flexibility to be based either in our new office in **Auckland** or Chatswood in **Sydney**.

Your key responsibility is to provide nutrition advice, feed support, and product information to our end consumers for all Nutricia product portfolios.

You will:

- Passionately and empathetically delivering a quality experience
- Proactively engage with topic experts and key internal and external contacts to help consumers find the answer to their questions.
- Record information accurately in database according to current procedures.
- Providing information with stock related enquiries.
- Handling enquiries and concerns about product complaints.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide high level assistance.

About you

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a caring, motivated, empathetic, and passionate dietitian with prior experience working with healthcare practice, either in an advisory capacity or in a service role. You have proven experience in dietetic support with a natural ability to connect with people and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Your strong attention to detail, compassion, and good organisation skills will see you succeed in this role.

To be successful you will also have:

- Relevant qualifications as a registered dietitian
- Current NZ or AU dietitian registration
- Further qualifications in nutrition related field are advantageous
- Experience working in healthcare practice or nutrition setting, either in an advisory and or service role
- Proven expertise in nutrition support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver
