**Retail Salesperson - Unichem Rosedale Pharmacy**

Unichem Rosedale is a highly regarded pharmacy in the local community, conveniently located at 372 Rosedale Road, within the shopping precinct. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Retail Salesperson** to join our team and contribute to creating a positive and engaging in-store experience for our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer/patient feels valued and supported during each interaction.
- Demonstrate how you would enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Engage proactively with both customers and the pharmacy team, contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Maintain a professional, well-presented appearance at all times.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and drive sales performance through friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable service.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A motivated, cheerful individual with a can-do attitude, who can take initiative to deliver excellent customer service every time.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and team members. Fluency in English is essential; Chinese language skills are a bonus but not essential.
- A mature, energetic approach with a strong retail background and proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- A good sense of humour, outgoing personality, and the ability to make every customer's visit a positive one.
- A commitment to working retail hours
- Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Thursdays off
- Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

**What's on Offer**:

- Competitive hourly rate depending on experience.
- A 32-hour work week, including ½ hour breaks each day.
