**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated Steel Procurement Co-Ordinator to join our Milton team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a prominent NZ company.

Our Steel Procurement Co-Ordinator will be an essential part of the day-to-day activities within the Steel Plant.

**Skills and Attributes**

Being an integral member of our Steel team, you will be wanting to build your commercial construction career. You are energetic, enjoy working in a team and won’t be afraid to take ownership of your work.
- A commitment to HSE principles in a factory situation.
- A logical thinker with the ability to plan incoming deliveries with suppliers to meet production requirements.
- The ability to build relationships with the supply chain and become the point of contact for all procurement matters from the workshop.
- Monitoring stock and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Be able to make all adjustments within the stock control system as soon as material is allocated to projects.
- Great organisational skills are important as part of the role will involve the management of loose parts through the factory.
- Develop the skills to plan fabricated loads from the factory to site, utilising our Fortisi software, full training will be given.
- Experience in AX and StruMIS would be beneficial but not critical as training will be provided, so the ability to adapt and learn is crucial.
