**About the role**:
As an Assurance Manager, you will provide risk advice and support to the leadership and executive teams. You will oversee cyber and information security assurance, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote a culture of risk management and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a risk management culture, providing advice and support to the leadership team.
- Implement risk management strategies and processes, integrating risk considerations into decision-making and operational processes.
- Oversee cyber and information security assurance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain security-related policies and standards.
- Monitor and report on risk mitigation activities, provide visibility on risk management to the executive team, and ensure compliance with internal controls and security policies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting collaboration and consistency in assurance practices.

**Key Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality assurance services and effective communication to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience in leadership roles.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and security standards.
- Experience in assurance or risk management roles.
- Commitment to creating a culture of respect, inclusivity, and well-being.
- Flexibility for occasional domestic travel, with the role based in an open-plan office.
