- As a CAD drafter/Civil Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting project design, construction, and management. Collaborating closely with Senior Engineers, Construction Teams, and Project Leads, you'll contribute to project success while developing great places for people to live and work. This role offers a dynamic environment for growth and development, working on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial developments.**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Senior Engineers and Project Leads in project design, contract management, and construction oversight.
- Contribute to detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Uphold company values by fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Immediately available
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 1 - 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in land development and subdivision design.
- Proficiency in software such as 12d, BricsCAD or AutoCAD, MS Project, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both structured and unstructured project environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
