**Your role**:
Lead the vision and product roadmap for the enterprise. Horizon-gaze, design and execute the product portfolio for the future. Provide and enable customer-centred technology, through:

- Core Business & Supply Chain Product Portfolio Leadership: Champion contemporary thinking and behaviours for the HCM, Supply Chain & Finance product suite, ideating and executing on current products and forecasting demand for future needs for customers
- Project Leadership: Leadership of stakeholders of your product, development and implementation for the suite with internal and vendor personnel
- Delivery Management: Delivery framework adherence and unblocking of information flows and delivery requirements. Creation and reprioritrization of product needs
- Roadmap and Product Strategy Governance: Create and own the products roadmaps and benefits realisation
- Product vision: Dream and define a product horizon and ensure realistic delivery of components, build confidence in marriage of product thinking and technology for business

**Your fit**:
HCM, Supply Chain & Finance Products champion. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to orchestrate through and work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with the leadership team to drive the change and adoption of new customer online experiences. You will have managed projects and product portfolios and roadmaps and previously, preferably at scale.
