**Who we are seeking and what you will be doing**
You will have:

- 3+ years within External Audit in public practice
- CA Qualification, or working towards
- Passionate and friendly personality
- Previous mentoring or team management experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Planning, executing, and managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, internal controls, and other relevant information to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate audit plans to address identified risks.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit team members, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, identify areas for improvement, and offer strategic recommendations.
- Review audit work papers, reports, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to professional standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging accounting and auditing standards, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
