**The Café at Wellington East Girls' College is looking for a full-time Front of House team member to join the small but great team**

This role will be a mix of general Front of House duties, making coffees for staff and students, making sandwiches and assisting in the kitchen. The purpose of this role is to deliver a quality catering service to our customers, residents or clients on a daily basis. This role requires a proactive approach to safety and utilization of all the safety equipment and procedures provided by Kāpura, who operate the WEGC Café.

This is a full-time position across Monday-Friday, with the regular hours of work being 7am-3pm. You will always have your evenings and weekends free, as well as guaranteed school holidays off where you have the option to pick up work at other Kāpura venues or take annual leave.
- Be able to commit to working throughout the school term and work the specified hours/days above
- Be confident working in a fast paced environment
- Show personal commitment to delivering an excellent service
- Respond positively and flexibly to client and customer needs
- Aim to exceed expectations
- Recognise when to escalate a client or consumer issue for support
- Understand how own role contributes to the success of wider Kāpura business
- Turn up to work with a smile and demonstrate a positive attitude
