As a Bartender, you are expected to support the Bar Manager in all aspects of the bar’s operations. You are responsible for executing the day to day delivery of high quality beverages. That is, the Bartender will be efficient, help create a great team atmosphere, be eager to learn, and work well under pressure. A Bartender is a developmental role with the aim to expand on strong beverage knowledge skills, as well as management skills, so as to one day run a bar.

**We are looking for**:

- At least one year of experience working behind a busy bar
- Awesome beverage knowledge
- A flare for the creative
- A passion and desire to surprise and delight everyone that walks into the venue
- To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
- To be comfortable under pressure
- The ability to be a team player - being able to work on the floor when needed
