Our Palmerston North clinic is looking for a dedicated Rehab Coach to be part of a large interdisciplinary team providing support and assistance to our allied health team and clients.

**About the role**:

- Deliver tailored support plans under the supervision of the therapist.
- Assist clients and whanau to establish skills and routines.
- Link clients and whanau to relevant community resources and supports.
- Identify barriers and actively support the client and whanau by problem solving to achieve a solution.

**About you**:
Your strong work ethic, teamwork and passion are instrumental to your success in this role.
- Hold or be working towards a New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing from an NZQA accredited provider at Level 4 or above. This is desirable but not essential.
- Annual Practicing Certificate for relevant qualification if applicable.
- Full NZ driver's license
- Ability to adapt communication style to build rapport and establish credibility with a broad range of customers across different industry types.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
