**About the opportunity**
As an integral member of the Longburn and Pahiatua site lead team, we are looking for a Site Administrator where you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our Site Operations Manager & Site Leadership team, enabling them to effectively and efficiently manage the operations of the plant. In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be involved in:

- First point of contact for internal & external visitors, providing excellent customer service - ensuring meeting rooms are organised and all other administrative needs of the visits are met
- Administration and PA support for Site Operations Manger including preparation, attending, minute taking and contributing to leadership meetings
- Co-ordinating and updating Standard Operating Procedures and other documentation
- Vendor management of cleaning contractors
- Providing administration support for continuous improvement activities
- Site communication Champion
- assisting with site communications and organising events when required
- Hapori Community Lead for the site.

**About you**
You will have a passion for continuous improvement, getting things sorted and maintaining sound, accurate system. As a team player and the ‘go-to’ person in our team, you will display a high degree of integrity and professionalism while bringing a sense of fun and energy to the role.

We want to hear from you if you have:

- Previous experience in an admin, customer service, project administration or similar role
- An ability to maintain and build great working relationships with all levels of staff as well as superb communication skills - both written and verbal
- Passion and drive for continuous improvement and innovation that will assist us in achieving our goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with an ability to remain calm while working in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy computer skills particularly in Microsoft Suite and ideally knowledge of SAP.
