In this role, you'll have a direct line of collaboration with the company founder and other key executives of a rapidly expanding business coaching company. You will conceptualize, develop, and lead the complete performance marketing division of the organization.

We help residential building and construction companies to grow their businesses and need a new marketing manager / CMO to join our 21-strong team to lead our marketing department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver the required quota of leads to keep the sales calendar full to our target of 60-75+ new clients per quarter, within cost per lead and ROAS targets.
- Report marketing results to the management team weekly during our “Head of Departments” meeting
- Manage and prioritise the many marketing projects we run, including close project management to ensure all deadlines are being met (we use Asana for project management).

- Systemise key processes into SOPs to make them repeatable and build resilience in the marketing team
- You are always seeking out world-class best practice - seeing who else is achieving the results we want, and using that to accelerate how we operate.
- You have a strong understanding of online marketing, marketing funnels, copywriting, direct response marketing
- Oversee daily metrics, pipeline opportunities, and ensure tracking sheets are updated with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department on lead quality, calls lists, and call show up rate.

- Study our Values and Company Culture documents to be 100% clear on the company vision, core values, ideal clients, important processes, and overall business model
- Attend Weekly Sync (team meeting), weekly 1-on-1 meeting with CEO/GM, monthly and quarterly strategic planning meetings.
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings with your direct reports to ensure they’re fully supported and feel safe, trusted, and valued in their roles and working environments.

RESULTS
- Deliver the required volume of leads for the sales team to 60-75+ clients per quarter
- A reliable flow of inbound leads to keep SDR calendars full
- Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and within budget
- Bring, or seek out, world-class best practices across all areas of the department.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You have a minimum of 4 years in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the high-ticket coaching industry (experience in business coaching / info-marketing industry is a plus).
- You have proven ability to develop and lead high-performing marketing teams of 5-10+ people.
- You have experience, in a leadership capacity, helping grow a company beyond $10M in revenue.
- You have exceptionally analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
- You are proficient in using sales tools such as Asana, Google Docs/Sheets, and Slack. (Experience with GoHighLevel is also a bonus)
- You are extremely organized (ie. inbox zero is second nature for you)
- You are OBSESSED with growing and getting better. You voraciously consume content (marketing and sales related podcasts, books, courses, etc ) to help you sharpen your sword.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong relationships
- Fluent in English and you have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You live in Australia, New Zealand, or the west coast of North America
- You LOVE DATA and understand how to track and improve campaigns based on important
