- **The Role**: In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Estimator, bringing your unique vision to a range of creative and exciting projects. As part of their shopfitting and joinery team, you will be entrusted with full autonomy to price and plan the building of shopfronts, internal walls, back of house areas, floor build-up prep, ceilings, bulkheads, entry structures, and more.
- They will be committed to your professional development, offering a fantastic plan for growth and the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals on fascinating projects. You'll become part of a fun, vibrant culture.
- Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry as an Estimator, ideally with a background in shopfitting, interiors, or light commercial projects.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of joinery processes and NZ build methodology.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, with a proven estimating skillset.
- Is adept in negotiation and has a comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle.
