**About us**:
The AA Driving School has been teaching New Zealand drivers for over 50 years. Students who have engaged with our friendly, knowledgeable and professional driving instructors for lessons, have informed us that they feel more confident and competent behind the wheel, as well as more prepared for their licence tests.

We are looking to continue to grow our instructor network by engaging with motivated people who are eager to combine their passion for education and training, road safety and interest in working with young people, into a well-supported franchise business.

The instructors who franchise with us remark on the good work-life balance and the sense of satisfaction and pride they gain from engaging with the next generation of drivers and instilling good driving habits into them.

The AA Driving School supports it's franchised driving instructors by guiding them on the best methods of setting up their businesses and is happy to provide ongoing marketing, administrative and training support as needed.

There is scope for new instructors to focus on either automatic or manual transmission tuition, across the country.

A current NZTA Instructor "I" Endorsement is necessary to operate as a Driving Instructor - but we can advise you on how to get one as needed.

**How the model works for a new Instructor joining our family - the basics**:

- A fully branded, new Suzuki vehicle with dual controls & in-car camera system, AA uniform and all training material mean you are good to go
- Post codes and/or regions are allocated within which you can operate & deliver services
- Support from the AA Head Office covers induction, national marketing & brand awareness, local marketing, social media & web, business development, mentoring, etc.
- You get to leverage AA's influence, credibility and advocacy
- Centralised web booking system and 24/7 NZ based call centre support for your customers/clients
- Leads are distributed direct to you to follow-up personally with the customer
