**ABOUT THE JOB**
We have an amazing opportunity for a part-time Healthcare Advisor based in Auckland. In this role, you will ensure the Nutricia Careline team are supported to provide a world-class Careline experience for our consumers, carers, HCP’s and retail customers for all Nutricia products across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Careline Manager, you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and accurate support to the Nutricia Careline Team and ultimately our consumers, carers, HCPs and babies.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Passionately and empathetically delivering a quality experience
- Proactively engage with topic experts and key internal and external contacts to help consumers find the answer to their questions.
- Record information accurately in database according to current procedures.
- Providing information with stock related enquiries.
- Handling enquiries and concerns about product complaints.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide high level assistance.
- Keep up to date with the latest product information and FAQs.

About you

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you will combine your passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience in providing top level support.

Ideally, you will have:

- Office Administration experience necessary.
- Database and/or CRM systems maintenance experience necessary.
- Customer Service/ Call Centre experience desirable.
- Complaint Management experience desirable.
- A solutions-focused mindset and a strong customer service ethic
