Do you want to run your own business under a well-established brand? We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for interior design and furnishings to join us in this exciting and crucial sales function in Taupo. This is a unique opportunity to make the role your own and build your own customer base while being supported by a successful brand.

We service our customers with the entire range of curtains, blinds and shutters so we have the perfect solution to suit any home. CurtainStudio is part of The Interiors Group, where we strive to achieve amazing interior spaces and create raving fans. We utilise our design expertise and exclusive product range to be able to offer our customers the best products and service nationwide.

Our Design Consultants play an important role as they service our customers’ unique requirements within their home. With the benefit of being able to see the style of each home, you will develop a relationship with customers in their own environment where they are most at ease. Custom window furnishings are special to the requirements of each space which means they should reflect the customer’s personal taste as well as being practical for the space and in keeping with design trends.

This is a commission-based role with HUGE earning potential, you will earn commission on every dollar sold This role covers the entire Taupo and Rotorua region so a full, clean driver’s license is mandatory as well as supplying your own car - all other tools of the trade are provided.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong sales experience and customer focus
- Ability to work autonomously
- Follow up with leads within a set time frame
- Stay up to date with the latest products and trends in the market
- Great attitude and ability to adjust to new requirements
- Book appointments to visit customers on-site
- Deliver quotes based on in-home measurements
- Liaise internally to ensure product availability
- POS payments, receipt in goods, book installations
- Upkeep of CS showroom
- Rectify any product errors or customer feedback
- Prior experience with interior furnishings is desirable

Your main focus will be building strong customer relationships and selling the whole range of blinds, shutters, and curtains, there’s plenty of technical knowhow to learn and love about window furnishing solutions. You’ll care greatly about your customer’s unique style and bring our exclusive products to life by guiding your clients through the consultation process, from initial discussions through to installation and ensuring the follow up makes them a raving fan of yours for life.

We provide a full induction into company systems as well as complete product training to allow you to feel confident working with our products.

You must have NZ residency or a valid work visa.
