SwipedOn has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team, in a new and challenging **Compliance and Office Administration role**. This is a diverse and varied role. You will be responsible for reviewing sales, legal and technical documents, such as our vendor forms, privacy forms, security forms, RFP's and service agreements. There will also be coordinating customer hardware orders and general administration responsibilities. You'll be working under the direction of the Finance Director and CEO, assisting in all aspects of compliance.

This is a part time role for 16 to 20 hours a week, with flexible hours possible.

**What you will be doing...**
- You will be responsible for reviewing sales, legal and technical documents.
- Completing vendor, privacy and security forms, RFP’s and service agreements.
- Coordinating customer hardware orders.
- General office administration.
- You'll be working under the direction of the Finance Director and CEO, assisting in all aspects of compliance.
**What you will need to bring...**
- Experience in both quality assurance and maintaining compliance, including updating legal documents and policies.
- Be a confident and professional communicator, both oral as well as written.
- Be super organised and efficient and have excellent attention to detail.
- Have a can-do attitude that no job is too big or small.
