**About the Role and Responsibilities**

Our Service Centre is looking for an experience Tyre and Wheel Alignment Technician to join who is willing to be trained and up skilled. With the use latest diagnostic technology, to work as a team member in the service department replacing and repairing tyres on vehicles and refit them and adjusting wheel alignment in a safe and efficient manner. You will ensure all tyre fitting and wheel alignment activity is conducted in a safe and efficient manner, and to contribute to the success of the business by carrying out duties to the highest of standards. As their new Tyre and wheel alignment technician, you are responsible for, but not limited to:

- Fitting tyres and carrying out wheel alignments on vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Building relationships with both internal and external customers
- Promote sales of all products and services to meet and exceed budgets (to be set at the beginning of each financial year).
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain all equipment and work areas required for the job including cleanliness.
- Receive support and advice from other technicians in an effective manner
- Maintain high standard of workmanship

**Who are we looking for?**
- Qualified Tyre Technician or at least 3 plus years' experience in similar role
- Strong and stable track record in Employment
- European and/or franchise experience is an advantage but not essential
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Team Player with a 'can do' attitude
- Someone who takes pride in their work and team objective driven
