Do you love food? Are you a passionate foodie who enjoys creating and developing culinary delights?

We are seeking an energetic, passionate Service Deli Manager to join the center food hub of our store.

This role requires the planning and managing of the day-to-day requirements of our store's Service Deli, including leading a dynamic team of service food specialists, the continual development of convenient food solutions and establish and drive a newly created catering service range.

**Skills and Attributes required for this position are**:

- Previous hospitality experience within a management or leadership role would be an advantage.
- A passion to transform our Service Deli into the customer's kitchen.
- A commitment to superior customer service
- Initiative and integrity
- Excellent presentation, communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to be imaginative and innovative.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to consistently meet deadlines.
- Physically fit - not a desk job
- Achieve and maintain financial performance targets.
- Ensure departmental compliance with food safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to forward think.
- Lead by example
- Be able to build positive and strong relationships with stakeholders.

Position is available from February 2024.
