**Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements**
- Current operational skills - PM6, minimum level 1 or above
- Comprehensive geographical knowledge of PM6 and associated plant
- Comprehensive computer skills (DCS, Elixir and MOPs)
- Must have a good numerical processing ability
- Must have good written and oral communication skills

**Expectations of the role**
- Meet health and safety, production and environmental targets
- Accurately test and record reel results as per grade specifications and frequency
- Assist dryer-man as required
- Must train others which include using and improving positional best practise training material.
- Must participate in business improvement initiatives, such as safety meetings, Hazard ID, SBO, BEC and development of Best Practice and TCC systems
- Physically capable to work in a variety of conditions; height, heat, confined space, wet and cold conditions
- Good organisational and problem solving skill, housekeeping ethics and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Must have good time management skills and able to work the 12 hour shift roster
- Training in other positions within the skill band will be required.
