**About the Role**

Davide Lange Care Home has a range of opportunities working on either a permanent full-time, part-time, fixed term or casual basis. You will be working rotating rostered shifts (AMs/PMs/Nights across Monday to Sunday), offering flexibility to spend time with the people you care about.

As a Registered Nursing working at Bupa, you’ll work closely with the hands-on Unit Coordinators to develop your clinical and leadership skill and knowledge enabling you to grow. You will be passionate about what you do, provide quality care, and build relationships with the residents and their families. Help us rise to the challenges of enriching the lives of our society’s most vulnerable.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**

You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.

David Lange Care Home, conveniently located in Mangere East, South Auckland and near State Highway 20, has a friendly, supportive environment with a team who have diverse cultural backgrounds. David Lang Care Home is a 87-bed care home, offering Rest Home and Hospital level care.
