**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Content Development, based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work. The Director of Content Development will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, overseeing content creation, producing marketing materials, and managing publications. They will lead a team of writers and designers, ensuring that all content is engaging, on-brand, and delivered on time.

**Qualifications**
- Content Development and Content Strategy skills
- Excellent Writing skills for different styles and formats
- Marketing skills, especially related to digital marketing
- Latest SEO best practice skills
- Knowledge of AI Tools

**Experience**
- Magento (adding products, CSV load etc)
- Prior experience in leading content teams (mentoring and setting content calendars)
- Have managed freelancers in the past

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
