Workshop Supervisor

The Higgins Green Team in Tauranga have an opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor to join and lead the workshop team. As the supervisor, you’ll be ‘hands on’ with general mechanical tasks with an emphasis on leading and guiding workshop staff in our operations.

- Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles and equipment
- Minimum Level 4 Trade qualification
- Practical experience operating industry equipment and plant
- Excellent communication skills to lead and motivate a team
- Flexible and resilient (occasionally required to work night shift/call outs)
- High attention to detail
- Physically fit
- Committed to a safety-first culture
