Vuw Legal Tutor

We are an education consultancy that offers private tuition and connects students with firms to receive internships early in their degrees. Since 2013 we have supported thousands of students through their university journeys and helped them to get internships at law and commercial firms. We are backed by Sir Ralph Norris, former CEO of Air New Zealand who is our lead advisor and investor.

We are seeking current VUW law students who have taken the 3 Core Part I Law Papers at the University of Wellington (LAW 121, LAW 122, and LAW 123) and achieved A range grades. Previous tutoring experience is not required. We are looking for students who have had experience where they have had to communicate effectively with other people, and have the ability to be patient and compassionate with others.

Please note, this role is only open to students who have completed Laws 121, 122, 123 at Victoria University of Wellington who have an excellent command of the English language.

This would be approximately 2 hours per week with time off during exams, though there is a possibility to increase this.
