**About the role**:
As the Technical Training Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing the development of Agricultural distributed products and Service Technician development.

**Main Accountabilities include but are not limited to**:

- Work with Brandt's Agricultural distributed products corporate product group to assess the development needs of Brandt's agricultural service technicians.
- In collaboration with others, identify sources for, and as required help develop, suitable instructional and evaluation materials for Brandt's agricultural service technicians.
- Produce and implement development training programs including coordination of delivery.
- Monitor, report on, and drive achievement of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) training metrics (e.g. John Deere Educate credits, certifications, etc.).
- Ensure employee development activities are aligned with continuous improvement in the areas of quality, LEAN, health and safety, and organizational performance by recording, monitoring, reporting and integrating feedback and data.
- Actively contribute to and collaborate on the development and implementation of the company's overall technician development paths, plans and schedules.

Any additional work requested/required to meet the needs of the organization.

**About you**:

- A heavy-duty certificate is a strong asset as is prior experience in training and instructional delivery.
- Possesses a solid foundation of knowledge related the Agricultural technician skilled trades.
- Strong project management skills with ability to self-direct and organize work, set priorities and achieve work related objectives and goals.
- Excellent communicator that can effectively and professionally collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Flexibility to support and respond to the training needs of Brandt's operating locations and their personnel.
- Demonstrates professionalism and recognizes the importance of their role as leader in displaying professional behaviour and service excellence.
- Able to be self-directed and organize work, set priorities and achieve work related objectives and goals.
