In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in implementing, integrating, and testing cutting-edge web solutions for our customers. The focus is on consistently delivering secure, efficient, and effective web solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your active involvement in business needs activities, such as estimating efforts, testing, and managing escalations, is crucial. Effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and product owners is a priority to ensure that development needs are understood, met, and adequately supported. You'll also play a key role in producing high-quality technical documentation and troubleshooting solutions, providing day-to-day operational support for web products, and maintaining the Service Catalogue.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in software development, emphasizing proficiency in the.NET stack, particularly in C# and SQL. Skills in ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development are essential.
- Experience in delivering solutions for SharePoint and Umbraco, cloud development in Microsoft Azure, and working with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps with Git or TFS are required.
- Working experience with ITIL, Agile/SAFe frameworks, PaaS, SaaS, cloud-based web platforms, Internet Information Services (IIS), and a high-level understanding of web architectures and solution development are integral to the role.
