**Workshop Foreman**

We are seeking an experienced **Workshop Foreman** to work at a busy franchise in **_Central Auckland._**

This role will require you to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles according to the dealership and manufacturer standards, as well as leading the existing technician and apprentice team.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, to identify improvements, training requirements and be comfortable with maintaining professional customer interaction at all times.

With your skills, you will be expected to exceed customer expectations and provide a second to none service.

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualified as an automotive technician
- Leadership experience in a franchise workshop
- A current NZ full license
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Current up to date training records
- A positive can-do attitude
