Orchard Administrator

We are on the lookout for a administrator to join an orchard in In the Franklin region in South Auckland. This role will be a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate of $29 - $31 per hour dependent on experience
***Reporting directly to the Orchard Manager you will be responsible for:
- ** **Keep records of staff hours and visa conditions when applicable
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts by using accounting software
- Processing payments
- Being the face of our business and greeting suppliers and visitors
- Issuing invoices and Reconciling records
- Generating POs
- Undertaking any administrative tasks required by the Orchard manager
