**About The Role**

Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be working collaboratively with Cook Brothers Construction’s Clients, Consultants and Pre-Construction team to deliver an effective and efficient ECI process with a project ready to handover to the delivery team for construction.

You will utilise your strong stakeholder management and communication skills to maintain positive internal and external relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Clients, Consultants, Trade Partners and our in house Pre-Construction Team during the ECI phase
- Preparing ECI bids and submissions
- Managing design consultant documentation and coordination
- Organising and Management of design team meetings
- Budgetary and Programme Input
- Build Strong Industry Relationships
- Source Trade partner and supplier quotes
- Follow due diligence in interpreting the cost implications of tender
- Consent lodgement and liaison with local building authorities

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5 years’ experience working on tier 2 construction projects in a Project/Site Management or Pre-Construction role
- National diploma/degree is preferable
- Experience in construction programming is required
- Construction financial and budgetary understanding is required
- Experience with leading design meetings and coordination of design is required
- Able to read and interrupt construction documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
